Holiday Village
Holiday Village is an active adult community built by J.S. Hovnanian & Sons in the mid-1980s. Homes range from carriage homes to patio homes and condos. Maintenance fees are some of the lowest in the area and include lawn service and snow removal — owners get full access to the clubhouse, organized trips and events, a swimming pool, and tennis courts.

The centrally located clubhouse has a fitness center, a heated saltwater pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a billiards room, a putting green, horseshoes, walking paths, and lakes where fishing is allowed.
